It's officially tax season and while some of us may be receiving big returns (some of us might not) now is the perfect time to start shopping for winter clothes on sale, vacation fits or your spring gear. I'm a little curvier than most so this list will be geared to online sites that fit larger than the average size 6!
Pretty Little Thing - Trendy Clothing
A new favorite of mine, Pretty Little Thing has super affordable prices. They're always running a sale where you can get 30-50% off their original price. They have regular sizes, shape sizes(for girls with a few extra curves) and plus sizes. I wear a size 8 in PLT and I'm 150 and 5'3.
Boohoo - Basic Clothing
I love Boohoo for basics such as knitwear, midi skirts and leggings. They are a cheaper version to me of Naked wardrobe and some of their clothes come in pairs so you can get two of something you love in different colors. This website is perfect for building the necessities of your wardrobe. For Boohoo I can fit their large in bottoms if they are stretchy but they also have a plus sized section as well.
ToSave - Super Cheap items from China
I have been a fan of ToSave for almost a year now. I've received tons of stuff from them including dresses that fit my body. The only thing I can say hasn't fit from ToSave is their lingerie. Like many other Chinese sites, here, it's hit or miss but the prices are almost too good to pass!
Missguided - Unique Items
Missguided still makes the list for one of my favorite online destinations. Here, there are really cute, affordable stand out items such as jackets, blazers and shoes. At Missguided, I wear a size 10 in jackets, 8 in pants if they don't stretch and a 6 if they do. They're really good with the returns as well.
*Shopper's tip Misguided is currently having their wild 50% off everything sale with the code GOBABE.
Public Desire - Shoes
I absolutely love Public Desire. Public Desire has been the only place where I have found over the knee boots that fit snug to me. The shoes are comfy and I've managed to snag a pair of over the knee boots for $14.99 plus shipping and handling. The down side is that they don't offer half sizes but I recommend ordering a size up.
Hush - Makeup
Hush is a LA based brand that is the best place for quality yet affordable make up palettes. Hush has dupes for some of the most coveted makeup palettes promoted by the biggest beauty gurus for a fraction of the price.
She In - Clothing
As some of you may know, SheIn or SheInside is one of my favorite online shopping destinations. I have been shopping with them for years and buy many of my work sweats from them. Recently, they have really stepped their game up. I made a complaint about them using models of color and last month, there was a beautiful black woman modeling their clothes. In addition, they have expanded their market to include more covered options and increased the amount of items for their plus sized section. Before this, the sizing limitations prevented me from shopping for bottoms from SheIN.
Fabletics - Leggings/Exercise Apparel
Fabletics is a company that's apart of the Shoe Dazzle conglomerate and they provide really good work out clothing at affordable prices. I love leggings that have a wide waist band because they help keep my fupa in place. Being a mom is hard enough and when looking for casual clothing, it's important that they fit properly, last long and are not see through.
Dresslily - Trendy Accessories
I use DressLily to find jewelry pieces from Instagram. They have super cheap items for those who don't want to invest a lot in something that will be out of style by next season. For example, DressLily has variations of the tassel earrings for less than $5.
