Life resumed as normal today following our Christmas/ New Year's holiday (for the most of us). For some reason I still feel like I'm in vacation mode. 5 days into 2016 and I have yet to post my goals for this month or even given them a second thought. I'm slacking! Does anyone else feel the same?
I plan to do a lot of detoxing for 2016 not just physically but mentally. I feel as if a lot of thoughts consume me and prevent me from being awesome. I'm looking to fix my body while fixing my mind.
I have been completely disappointed in myself as I have neglected my yoga for the past few weeks. I know, I know, it's totally unlike me. I have also consumed sad amounts of liquor so I'm ready to detox with a vengeance. My body has gotten readjusted to having sugar, so I'm craving sweets and I've been satisfying that craving by having Arizona Iced Teas for the past few days. A habit I really have to kick. After dying on New Years Day and not coming back to life by Sunday, I had to do something and fast. So, here's a quick recipe that I used to flush my system and cure that crazy ass hangover.
1 bottle of water
3 capfuls of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 dashes of Red Pepper flakes
3 dashes of cinnamon
